Events
A special place to entertain. We fell in love with this building because of its distinctive architecture and wonderful history. It is difficult to communicate the potential of this truly unique building. We know you’ll fall in love with it! Reach out – we’d love to show you around.
The Glass House is a perfect size – small enough for intimate family events, but large enough to house bigger gatherings.
Just in the few months since opening we have hosted:
-
- Pop-up restaurants
- Wine dinners
- Live music
- Corporate retreats
- Paint and Sip classes
- Wine tastings
- 50th birthday parties
- Family Holiday gatherings
- Lectures
- Fundraising events
The Glass House has three distinct areas that offer flexible spaces for all types of events.
Center Building
The center of the Glass House is a dodecagon, a twelve-sided shape. This reception room has maximum flexibility for any type of event with sit-down dining for up to 36 guests, and the potential for larger groups depending on your needs.
North Building
The north building is on two floors. The top floor is laid out like a traditional home with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, or it can be a flexible open space for a variety of uses, such as small pop-up restaurants, parties, or cooking classes.
Perhaps the star of the show is the large, elevated deck which overlooks Payette Lake, Brundage Mountain, and Brown Park. The ground level has additional space for your event including a half bath, and access to Brown Park and Payette Lake.
South Building
The south building is a self-contained lodging area.
Outdoor areas
In addition to the large deck on the north building, the Glass House has an elevated landscaped area overlooking the lake – perfect for larger seasonal events such as weddings, concerts, and parties.
You may rent the entire building, or just the events side. For larger parties, additional guests may stay at Hotel McCall, a five-minute walk from this perfect meeting spot.
